CARDIO KICKBOXING
FIGHT TO BE FIT: TECHNIQUE AND CARDIO WORKOUT

Cardio Kickboxing is aerobic exercise with a martial arts flare. This program will help you to lose weight, tone up your muscles and have fun. Beginner, intermediate and advanced students are welcome. The class combines cardio kickboxing and weight training along with Power Abs and stretching. Bring a pair of dumbells (5-10lbs), a towel, mat and a water bottle. Feel free  to bring your own boxing gloves as well. Mitts will be provided

Vibrant and electrifying bellydance workout that explores the numerous varieties or shimmies, hip drops, kicks and other electrifying movements commonly seen in bellydance all while getting a full aerobic workout. TOTAL BODY SCULPT
1H OF RESISTANCE TRAINING - NO CARDIO!
This is a one-hour non-cardio strength training exercise class that shapes and tones the entire body and helps prevent osteoporosis. No dancing, jumping or jazzing… just results! Bring a set of 5-pound dumbbells (each), a water bottle and an exercise mat. Accommodates beginner to advanced fitness levels.
